Meet our Horses
Carly
Carly is an 11-year-old 17hh grey Holsteiner mare. Carly is a lovely mare who gives her all in every ride. She is great on the flat and lovely over fences as well. She is currently jumping 1.0m courses with the ability to jump higher. An experienced junior currently shows Carly in the .95 and 1.0m jumpers. Carly is a sweet horse with a lovable personality. She loves to hack out on the trails or hunter-pace with her rider. She enjoys jumping however she is cross-trained in dressage as well, and can take a rider up through first level. Carly is currently full leased on property.
Dandelion Wine "Demi"
Demi is a 14-year-old 16.2hh chestnut Dutch Warmblood mare. Demi has a lovely personality and is very focused on her job. In the ring, Demi loves to jump, but she also loves mentally stimulating dressage work. She is a fantastic mover in the hunter under saddle and has a beautiful eye-catching jump over fences. Her dressage movements are highly refined, and she loves to show off. Demi is a fantastic mount in both disciplines and always gives her best to her rider. She has experience showing on the local circuit, as well as at the Vermont Summer Festival. Demi is available for a half or a full lease on property.
Hylee Enchanted "Hylee"
Hylee is an 18-year-old 16.2HH bay Thoroughbred mare. Hylee is a sweet horse, who when she's not working, wants nothing more than love. She is a beautiful mover and excels in both the dressage and the hunter/jumper rings. She is very patient and forgiving. Hylee has consistently been jumping 2' - 2'6, and has the scope for the 3'. A point-and-shoot type, Hylee loves her job and will never refuse a fence. Hylee is a reliable mount who is intelligent enough to show an amateur rider the ropes of their desired discipline, but also skilled enough to provide an engaging ride for a more advanced adult or teen. She is well-versed in dressage and is proficient in her first-level movements. Hylee also will hack out, whether on a hunter pace or for a trail ride, in a group. Hylee is currently half leased and available for a half lease on property.
Best in Brittan "Parker"
Parker is a 19-year-old 16hh bay Thoroughbred gelding. With his cuddly personality and pleasant attitude, he is a barn favorite among our older kids and adult riders. He is a gentleman under saddle and is a straightforward, uncomplicated ride. Parker is a point-and-shoot type of jumper and is incredible for building confidence in a junior or adult rider. He has horse show experience and looks out for his rider the best he can. He has been jumping 2'-2'3 courses, however has the scope for at least the 2'6. Parker is trained in first-level dressage and comes into a deep and engaged frame for his rider. He is a lovely dressage mount and has gotten high scores with some of our adult dressage riders at our schooling shows. Parker loves to hack out with his friends. He is a steady and reliable hunter-pace mount and loves to go for a trip out to the local trails. Parker is currently full leased on property.
Toby
Toby is a 21 year old 18hh bay Warmblood Gelding. Toby is the definition of a dressage schoolmaster. Trained to Prix St George levels, Toby will expertly take an amateur around an intro test, or an advanced rider in 3rd level. Toby has a sweet personality and loves being groomed and given affection, making him a favorite for our amateur dressage riders. When he's not being stunning in the ring, Toby loves a good trail ride. Toby is reliable on the trails and will take care of his rider, the same as he does in the ring. He will hunter pace in a team and is ready for any terrain obstacles presented to him. Toby is currently half leased and available for a half lease on property.
Raw Market"Toby"
Toby is an 11-year-old chestnut Thoroughbred gelding. Toby has a funny and cuddly personality, making him lovely to be around. Toby is a great dressage teacher, and can confidently go up to 1st level with an adult or advanced junior rider. Toby is also an incredible teacher for Hunter-style flatting although he no longer jumps. He is a fan favorite among adult amateur riders who are just getting back into the saddle and our amateur dressage riders. Toby hacks out on the trails in a group and loves a good hunter pace. Toby has shown a love for working with younger riders and is willing to show them the ropes of the horse show world. Toby is currently quarter leased, and available for half lease on property.
